Construction Certificates
A Construction Certificate is required after development consent is issued by Council and before any building work commences, our team completes a full review of the development consent and provides a comprehensive checklist of items required to ensure the application complies with the Building Code of Australia and all conditions of consent prior to issuing the Construction Certificate.
Complying Development Certificates
Complying Development is a fast track approval process, if the application meets specific criteria it can be determined and approved within 10-20 days of all documentation being received.
Upon receipt of architectural plans, 10.7 planning certificate and Title search our team of private certifiers provide a comprehensive checklist of items to ensure the application complies with the necessary criteria and the Building Code of Australia prior to issuing the Complying Development Certificate
Occupation Certificate
An Occupation Certificate authorises the use and occupation of a new building or a new part of an existing building, that was approved and constructed under a Complying Development Certificate or Construction Certificate. Our team are accredited to issue Occupation Certificates for development they were appointed Principal Certifying Authority.
Principal Certifying Authority (PCA)
Prior to commencing any approved building works a Principal Certifying Authority must be appointed, to carry out critical stage building inspections, to ensure building standards are met. At the completion of the building works the PCA completes. a final inspection and issues the Occupation Certificate; if all the requirements have been satisfied.
Swimming Pool Compliance Certificate
A swimming pool compliance certificate confirms your pool safety barrier has been inspected by an authorised inspector and complies with the Australian Standards. Our team of private certifiers are accredited to inspect and certify swimming pool barriers, should we identify defects we will provide a full report outlining the compliance issues that will need to be addressed prior to a certificate being issued.
